I don't think this is the right place to post this, but I totally agree. They are untouchable as of late. Tickle Abuse can actually get their own forum here, but they'd have to pay for it monthly (see advertising).

Zen is correct about how a company gets a forum of its own (I assume that's what you meant rather than just a thread in a forum). Producers can purchase their own section for a monthly fee if they choose. Though the statistics are a bit out of date the aforementioned Advertising page does describe how it works.
