I randomly checked Tickle Central to see if they had any new clips out, and at first it didn't look like it. Their most recent clip was still Candice getting destroyed (well worth a purchase -- the best foot tickling I've ever seen; Nikki is merciless, punishing her through her pleads, completely breaking her).

BUT, if you sort by date, there are pages of new clips!

So it looks like they are back in business... the website just isn't updating properly. Check it out:
