Tickle Clips on an Ipod

I just got a new Ipod and I can't seem to put any of my vidclips on it because they are not movie clips. Does anybody know if wmv, rm clips can be added to an Ipod?

I belive that clips need a special coding for iPods. MTP has been selling some iPod clips, but I do not know the details. I'll ask Jeff about it.

No. It has to be a QuickTime file, and the most recent version of QT at that. I had old QuickTime movies that would not play on the iPod.

If you really want those files on your iPod, here's what I did: http://www.xilisoft.com. I got the iPod bundle, which converts any other movie format, and most DVDs into a 320x240 file that play just fine on my iPod.

To answer the 1st question, yes I have been using Itunes to transfer over my songs. I sort of knew that avi files or movies are viewable, but can wmv or rm files be viewed if these attachments are added to your Ipod?

No, they can't. Here's the test - if the latest version of QuickTime does not play the file on your computer, then it will not play on your iPod.

We have a brand new site that allows instant downloads of our "episode packs".

Each episode pack contains both windows media player versions, and iPod versions of the tickling episodes. (both formats have both high and low quality).

I just tried to put the 4th lady laugher wav on my ipod and it worked... i was able to open the wav with itunes and able to transfer to my ipod.....

Perhaps the format has to be Mpg or RM to be played on an Ipod. I know I see a lot of clips in WMV format which may not be compatible.
