So I have had an intense feet tickling kink since I was very young. Its my number one turn on, hands down. My wife's feet used to be hyper ticklish, but after nearly 20 years of my touch, (foot rubs are a nightly occurrence) they have been rather desensitized to knismesis type tickling. She's never really enjoyed having her feet tickled, though when were younger and had more vitality, she did seem to enjoy the odd tickle fight. She also tried being tickled while restrained, just once.
Anyway, its safe to say that I don't really get this companion to my foot kink fulfilled. Which is what it is, I would never want her to do something she was uncomfortable with. She seems to enjoy being tickled elsewhere, however. Not to the point of arousal, but maybe pre-arousal. Like, knismesis type tickling under her arms will make her lightly squirm and giggle, and she doesn't try to discourage it by pulling away. I love her reaction! But, it doesn't do anything for me.
My tickle kink is feet focused, unfortunately. I wish she would react like that on her feet. I'm almost wondering if a foot peel, or exfoliation more often would help. I digress. Her reaction to tickling her feet (even with knismesis over gargalesis, hitting "spots") is a reaction of sour-faced annoyance. No smile, no giggling. Just an annoyed groan. Even a quick playful tickle seems to get the same reaction. So I keep even a brief playful tickle, or accidental tickles during a foot rub to a minimum.
And for some reason, I like to torture myself with thoughts of her getting her feet tickled by someone other than me (her desensitization to my touch almost guarantees that even a light touch from someone else would illicit a different reaction.) For example, in the past, she has gotten professional pedicures, though I give them to her all the time. And she has mentioned how badly it tickled during the exfoliation scrubbing. She hasn't been to a salon in a long time mainly due to that, and she said that some of the procedures hurt, and that I am more gentle. But just the thought of her putting up with the tickling and someone else, who doesn't even care, getting to tickle her feet drives my anxiety through the roof. In fact, it kind of kicks my anxiety up seeing any female push through the tickling to get a pedicure. Geez, I'm neurotic.
Anyway, clearly I need to communicate this to her, and not barf it all out on Reddit, but, here we are. I just wish it could be like it used to.
(And, as I'm sure someone will rightfully ask, yes, I take care of all her sexual needs with immense passion and interest.)
