tickle fetish = bondage fetish?

It seems that bondage fetishes often involve very elaborate and complicated bondage. Whilst I like bondage for tickling, I want it to be efficient and practical. I.e. providing best access to ticklish areas. I don't care how complex it is as long as it gets the job done.
 
I don't need to go crazy with bondage but if i'm going to be tickled, being tied up or even gagged would be nice.
