Before I can comment on what the guy said, I have to get over the fact that he capitalized Every Word In His Rant... Ok, I'm over it.
It doesn't seem like HE fully understands the nature of people and their affections.
I'll admit that I'm currently making a lot of assumptions on this fellow, but he seems like a very closed minded vanilla person who's thought of sexuality boils down to the most basic of actions with little room to explore.
Or he could be so ashamed of his desires that he lashes out at anything he deems "odd".

Had to put my two cents, But based on this dudes method of dialog, i would say hes most likely someone big on religion (nothing against it but there are some nuts out there) and looking to save people that HE feels need saving. or (and I say this, just to cover all basis) hes crazy, and your the lucky person hes chosen.
