Monty Python did something similar to this in The Meaning of Life (sans the tickling, though)... funny then, funny now! A work of deranged genius, beautiful in its straightforward simplicity!
 
he it did bring up a smily on me face, kinda weird and disturbing but u need to see the fun side in it.
