I was just wondering if anyone had some advice on meeting people here, and any measures that should be made. I have a wife so I'm not looking for love, just a couple of friends. Which i think his a bit more difficult to do. But still very possible, judging from the post I've read here. And I'm getting tired of being on the outside looking in, ya know?

I think it is harder to find a couple than a friend. Specially because a couple is a friend too.
I haven't looked at your profile as of my reading this, but here are my suggestions:
Having a nice full/detailed profile and a few photos will help. Only what you're comfortable with, but at least one face one would be good.
Try out the chat room and see if you can connect with people, make some friends. Don't go in with super high expectations though, sometimes the CR is a cess pool, but there is always a chance!
Give Fetlife a try if you haven't already. It's awesome for finding people locally. Again, a detailed profile and a few pics on there is good too.

In my naive optimistic view of the tickling world, I had always imagined that if I ever found myself in a certain part of the country, I'd seek out fellow tickle philes fairly easily. Say, I'm in town for a couple days, I meet up with said tickle friend, have dinner, maybe a couple drinks, then go engage in some tickle play. No sex, No other shenanigans...
