tickle inducing halloween costumes?

Can anyone think of a halloween costume that might instigate some tickling? I was thinking of getting myself a beret, a feather, and maybe a USA shirt with an X over top of it and calling myself a french tickler. 😀 Any other ideas?

Each year I toy with the idea of making a big manila folder with my arms sticking out, then go around giving pokes and when people ask what I am: "Isn't it obvious? I'm a tickler file"! It could also work sans the manila folder outfit if you just go around reminding folks of things while ya tickle 'em.
