I hate to disagree with all of you but it seems to be that tickling in tight bondage on a female victim is very likely to result in information as prolonged tickling (anything over a minute or two) becomes agony for them. I don't believe it would be very effective on males, though. Women I have tickled, who are not into the tickling fetish and who are not likely to see it as a sexual activity, will do or say anything to get it to stop.
