OH I KNOW There IS actually 2 tracks there But... one of the the tracks if you notice theres a point where one of laughs is ridiculous. I was caught off guard and didn't realize that was coming as the first 3 or 4 laughs were good enough that I didn't bother listening to the rest. (I decided that was fine to not bother listening to the rest- my reactions would be more natural to fit the nature of the track. It was a 10 min track but even still- Lesson learned. .) . But that particular part... It sounded like a laugh meant for a Halloween track. There weren't many tracks to choose from anyway so I figured I better go back to the original and just play it safe. Thats why I wrote in the description I don't plan on using laugh tracks much at all. People can't seem to make women laugh longer that just a couple minutes for recording purposes. Studios should just pick one of us to hire and we can help in that dept I'm sure. 😉

But if I go through the entire reading... and I haven't gotten it right by the 6th or 7th take (which is rare I usually can by the 2nd or 3rd -unless I mess up early on in the reading like a small stumble over a word or something)... I either scrape it entirely or pick the best of the lot. I already do countless readings in my mind as I write and at least 3 readings outloud first to make sure my sentence structure and ideas flow. Maybe some might think my audios could be better anyway but just on the Sadism in my voice I want that to stay as real and as naturally flowing as possible. Too many readings and I become too used the the words I'm saying and I don't want them to start sounding flat. It becomes a struggle And the only one I want struggling is the listener. 😉
