Tickle machine

An observation........

I've seen that pic before, although not on this site.It came up on a Yahoo! search for me. I don't think it's a machine desgin, it's supposed to be a piece of modern art I think.Anyone?
 
Carlos Zapata is a well-known painter (in certain countries, of course), who decided to go into "mechanics". This website shows some of the art pieces that he has developed. All of them are fully working pieces that use miniature mechanical components to accomplish a function. The piece this thread refers to is a tickling machine with a hand tickling the feet of a guy with a feather.
