Some fine character touches here: the dom's decorative cross and tatooing make her quite distinctive, while the participants' attitudes (hopeless hilarity and demure self-confidence) are very well captured in their facial expressons! The severe shadowing is effectively dramatic; it nicely distances the figures from the wall and lends an atmosphere of stark immediacy to the situation! Plus, a most merciless-looking torture device (patent pending, I presume!)
