Compatability in the physical side of the relationship (be it sex, tickling or whatever else you're into) is horribly important in a healthy relationship. If both people wanna tickle the living hell out of each other on a regular basis, I say let 'em.

Two people who are obsessed with tickling should definitely get together and stay together if other traits match up as well and not just the tickling if a relationship is what is sought out. If it is for a strict tickling relationship, then by all means just get together and tickle the living hell out of each other!

If it doesn't interfere with your jobs or daily lives, then it's certainly not dangerous.
As long as they trust each other and enjoy it, they can tickle each other into unconsciousness on a daily basis for all I care. All that really matters is that they're both happy with their current situation, and neither side is abusing the relationship or exceeding the partner's personal limits.
