I don't remember the name of the show, I think it's called "Yo Monies" but today the BET Cartoon made a foot-tickle reference. The heavy set girl was trying to get her proper-speaking hard working friend to do things to help her relax. She mentions foot massage and the girl replies "Can't. I'm ticklish." And they just went on. I think this was the first episode but maybe there will be more references or actual tickling. It looks to be a good show. The same people who produced Home Movies did it.
