Tickle Religion

If there was a religion and town where you can tickle whoever you want whenever you want would you like to live there?
You could buy tickle tools, tickle machines ,chains, stocks and that stuff.

I mean, the tickle fetishism isn't really a religion, but a subculture of sorts... and the internet is a virtual world with websites acting as towns and stores while forums act as like, town hall meetings and conventions.
