I saw the scene as well during the credits of this past Sunday's Family Guy, and actually, surprisingly it wasn't that super short. Basically, the announcer was doing his whole "The new season of Family Guy..." schpiel and it cut to a scene of Peter and Lois facing each other in their kitchen (I think) and Peter is tickling Lois on her ribs. She is laughing a lot with bursts of "Peter, no!" in between a few times. The scene actually seemed like it lasted for a good 4-5 seconds, which if you literally count, is somewhat of a long time. Anyway, I can't wait to catch the episode. Hope this helped!
