Hmmmm I wouldn't be so sure, it would appear they have a franchise of tickle therepists worldwide but I have never heard of anything as such (albeit I believe there is a place in Spain you can go to be tickled).

Looks legit but doubt it in my opinion (but hey could be wrong!)

Seems more like a ploy (not really a scam, I doubt there's any malice) to make contact with people who might be interested, instead of trying to make contact via a site like this, where there's too much competition for attention.
