Depends.

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I want to tickle a woman and hear her beg and scream. Sometimes I like it to be more sensual.

In a way I'm stuck on this one. You can get a better reaction from someone who finds it torture but on the other hand, you can get closer to someone who likes it. It depends on whether it's a casual tickle, or a loving tickle really.
