I like the way you drew the feet, with the toes wiggling. Although for this being a forest you probably should have drawn some trees. You also need to work on dimensions, like with the water. It seems like its floating or standing next to the tickler (who looks like the tinman from the Wizard Of Oz).
My friendly advice is to try and work on dimensions and points of view. Foreshortening is something you might also consider looking into.
Otherwise, the picture is great, and I want to see more either way. 🙂
