Pink is the popular color today, and some folks are tickled pink by that. Now the language experts tell us that the phrase "Tickled Pink" refers to someone who is very pleased, and doesn't have anything to do with tickling as we usually think of it. I'm not sure about that - I've seen some girls who were tickled until they were a very pretty shade of pink!
