Can anyone recommend a good dominatrix that does tickling, in the PA area? In addition, is it weird to go to a massage therapist like at a spa and request tickling and would that be legal?

Ya, and you're likely to get your ass kicked. The massage therapists I know are VERY serious about their craft and view what they do as a healing science, not someplace to get your fetish needs met. You're smarter going with a pro.
