Oh my godddd.... I never thought I'd back it back here. I'm sure I just jumped six pages of people saying the same thing but it still feels too good to have this place back. I can't remember how far back this account of mine stretches but I know I had another for a couple years before. This place helped more than I could have hoped in helping me navigate the 2000's and normalizing feeling about who I am and the community of fetishes. And the atmosphere was always more close than the TMF.

Maybe I'll stop lurking now.
 
I see even habitual lurkers like myself are rejoicing. I never lost that last glimmer of hope, that kept me trying, at least once a week or so. But I was so shocked when the link worked! I didn't actually hear an angelic choir or behold the most holy grail, but there was something special about it.

Suggestion for webmaster: For those who have not yet, but will soon re-discover TT, add angelic choir and holy grail shaped object to a welcome page.
 
Will the missing pictures ever get recovered? There were some in a thread I posted that i have been trying to find recently, but aren't there anymore. They still exist if you use the internet archive, but you can't log in to see them because of robots.txt

First, don't try to log in to any sites through a web archive. Worst case scenario, the archive isn't run by honest people and intercepts your login attempt and has your credentials.

Most don't do that, but best case scenario is nothing happens at all, because archives don't have access to a websites authentication server or users database, and thus can't do anything with your login details. Robots.txt is just a file that requests web crawlers don't read the page it's on, and even if they ignore it, you'll never be able to login to an archived site. The only way that would ever work is if the archive had an account on that site to be able to view member-only items (which is so much work no archive ever would, especially for a site like this).
 
Hey! Nice to see the place back up and running again. Count me in with the chorus of others who thought the Theater had burnt to the ground.

Literally my first post since finding out it's risen from the ashes, so I haven't checked yet, but some of the image threads I used to add to had whole blocks of pages where the images were unviewable, shortly prior to the place going down. It'll be lovely (if that's still an issue) if that could be fixed.
 
The Theater just wouldn't be the same without its resident Rick Tibbler! 😱 Thrilled to see you back, good sir! :super_hap

I'd only just stopped lurking before the site went down. Great that it's back.

Anyone know why images from past 2014 no longer show up?
 
they had an issue on the site where images had stopped working and they were trying to fix it, so a lot of pictures disappeared

Nice to see you guys back!

I have not really had much to offer over the past year or so due to personal issues, but things have improved just in time and I look forward to continuing to add artwork to this site, particularly the Fox Sisters series.

Yay! The Fox sisters are back and the rejuvenated TTC's got 'em! Joy in every direction!
 
Agreed! It's like all the puzzle pieces are slowly fitting in where they once were, and that familiar picture that was our Theater is coming together again! So glad to see you all here! :happy:
