Edit: This just in. If you go to the top level page (www.tickletheater.com) it says they are undergoing maintenance.

Hmm....Could explain why it appears to be down.

Yeah, when they move a server two things happen. 1) it'll affect everyone differently depending on your compy, their compy, connection quality and so on and 2) it'll be on again/off again until everything is set up for sure.

The best thing is to just keep checking back until they say "Hooray! We're back!"
