I've gone back through the archive of true tickling stories about people to have claimed to have tickled complete strangers with success. I realize that many of these stories could be fantasies, but do you think these really does happen? Like tickling a sales person or someone in the grocery store line?

Could it happen? I'm sure, anything is possible of course.

But as for most folks I know, I don't see them welcoming a stranger tickling them out of the blue. And a lot of folks outside of this community hate to be tickled so combine that dislike with a stranger doing it? Not a good thing. Hell, I am one of "us" and by no means would I want a complete stranger to tickle me. Tickling is sexual to me (for the most part) and it would be the equivalent of me saying "Hey, please touch my boobies, ok?"

Tickling strangers is probably more fabricated than true. You can't just randomly start ticklign someone you've never talked to before without her thinking you're a total creep. However, if it's a situation where you meet a girl at a party or something and some drinking is involved, then tickling pursues, that is definately a possible true story. However, just straight up tickling a stranger in a store is not gonna happen without a police escort showing you the door.

I've had people tickle me in the workplace. It's...weird...if I don't know them.

It's pretty rare to tickle or be tickled by a complete stranger. It'll happen between people who are mostly strangers - maybe you've only known them a few minutes or an hour, but at least you've had some interaction - but total strangers is not common. Happened to me just once that I can recall, when I was sleeping on a bus, but otherwise no, and I have a pretty tickle-heavy lifestyle.

I have serious doubts about some of those true stories, but then again I also have stories of my own that I probably wouldn't believe if I hadn't been there (someday I'll tell you about the time I caused an international incident with Iran, and you probably won't believe me because I sure wouldn't if it hadn't happened to me  ) so I keep my mind open.

I've seen it happen. I would posit that it usually isn't just walk up and tickle someone that does not see it coming so much as it is tickle someone that you've been chatting with for a few minutes. That scenario seems more likely and playful, and in which case, yeah I've been on the receiving end of that. It is a little weird, though.

On a semi-related note, I posted a fictional story not too long ago that was entirely fictional but presented in a way so that it might not come off that way. It was supposed to be a kind of journal like thing, so I hope that that didn't skewer your etc.

On the other hand, I also posted a bunch of true stories a while ago, which are true. Hm.

Deviation is devious.

Etc.

I've done it and also had it happen to me

A stranger's just a 'lee you haven't tickled, or a 'ler who hasn't tickled you.

Without thinking about it, two instances with strangers come to mind, one where I tickled a woman at the beach, another where a girl at college tickled me as she walked in back of me. And I don't mean we had already been interacting; I mean the tickle either started the interaction or happened within its first seconds.

Years ago a girlfriend and I were driving around and stopped at a red light. Some guy was crossing the street in front of us, carrying a large ice cream cone in each hand. My friend said "I would love to just go up and tickle him". I don't know if she really would have done it, but it was fun imagining the results. It probably would have backfired, though.

I rarely believe any stories posted about people tickling random strangers and they end up loving it. these are just fantasies. in reality, it would be a mild form of assault.

I'm sure that I've told this story before on here, and as stated above,
"complete stranger" isn't really accurate, but I had never met the gentleman
before that night. I met a guy when I was in Philly for NEST one year, and
started chatting with him in a bar next to the other bar we were hanging out
in. I ended up tickling him, right there. People came looking for me, saw what
I was doing, and two other ladies joined me 😉

Even now, the memory of that night is fascinatingly burned in to my
brain, and makes me happy 😉 He did not mind.

I'm kind of doubtful about those stories too. Sure, some stories might be true, but not all of them. And of course, like people have said before, if there was chatting before and then tickling, it's more believeable than if it was just tickling, out of nowhere.

I've experienced that although, but what I meant is that a situation when the person getting tickled is enjoying themself is not very likely. What happend to me was that a man, a complete stranger, poked me in the side at a store, and did a "tickling noise". :S It wasn't fun at all, just scary and uncomfortable. :S

So yeah, they do happen, but not like in those stories. Or maybe sometimes, but I would guess very rarely.

That is pretty creepy. You can't get away with that stuff anymore which is why I don't believe most stories like that where a person claims to randomly tickle someone out of the blue without having ever talked to them. That's a good way to get labeled a sexual predator and then you have to notify the police station every time you move and they post community warnings of a sex offender in the neighborhood. So next time someone thinks of poking a cute girl in the sides that they don't know, I suggest taking a second to reflect on whether or not it's worth the risk of being a registered sex offender. Once that happens your days of tickling are done.

Yeah, it is creepy! :S
I didn't knew that could happen to the person poking. :O

And I mean, do they actually believe the person getting poked will enjoy it or what? :S

People with limited social skills don't always comprehend what behavior is appropriate and what isn't. Old people don't quite understand the change in times, so it isn't out of the realm of possibilities that an older person may give a young girl a tickle poke and not understand that these days that's a big NO. Back in their day they could hollar to girls and practically grope them without anything being done. Times have changed a lot over the last 30 plus years and many of them are not with the times so to speak. However, Anyone of the younger generations that don't know about that definately have limited social skills to not understand that isn't appropriate.

I doubt it actually happens. Consider how many people even have trouble working up the courage to tell someone they're in a relationship with about their kink.

True. Haven't thought about that before, but it sounds likely. 🙂

yes it can happen it has happened to me twice and it is so more intense tickling with a complete stranger

I like the idea, and I wouldn't mind it happening to me, but I'm a pretty fucking rational guy. It is just a fantasy, and nothing more. It is against the law, and it's morally impermissible if you have a tickle fetish to tickle strangers without consent.

It's probably very rare but it's happened to me.

In high school, the first day, this guy who I had never seen/met before sat behind me and started tickling my sides for no reason what-so-ever. It was completely random, I'm laughing hysterically making a fool of myself in the middle of math class. So anyway, after awhile he stopped. I wasn't too angry about it, I mean I like being tickled playfully & sexually and let me add the guy was hot.

After that we became good friends and eventually we both liked each other at the wrong times, so we never got a chance to date.

Well, maybe if you looked back and asked him to keep tickling you that day it would've been the right time :neenerneener:

I'm sure it could happen, but it's something I'd never do. Knowing my luck, a cop would be right on the street as I was doing it, and I'd get arrested, and get however many years is the max penalty for such a crime in jail.

The only time before I joined TMF that I had ever heard of complete stranger tickling was those stories you hear on the news. I may have posted about this before, but, in the 1980s when I lived in CT, there was a guy who the news media called "bizzare". Supposedly, he tackled women on the street in NYC, pulled off their shoes, tickled their feet, and then, stole their shoes. I believe he was eventually caught, and got a long jail term.

If other people want to take a chance and tickle complete strangers, that's their business, but it isn't something I'd ever do.

You know what, now that I think about it, this actually did happen to me, and it was like three weeks ago. I can't believe I didn't remember immediately. I was at a show and after my set I walked through the crowd, and this girl just randomly tickled me, and I automatically tickled back (well, I tried, I tend to do that ball-up thing when tickled), and a few seconds later when she stopped I looked up and it was nobody I'd ever seen before (I was about 2,000 miles from home), and she introduced herself.

It was awesome, but very unexpected. I can't believe I forgot, I made a point of memorizing her and we tickled each other periodically again through the night.

Rave culture is very physically open though so something like that is more acceptable amongst us. I think the ravers in my area are particularly open to it, as there are several of us tickle types in the scene making it happen with regularity (as in, I don't think a single one goes by without some pretty serious tickle fights). It's totally awesome.

At this same party a friend of mine introduced himself by signing somebody's ass, just so you get a feel for how relaxed physical boundaries are.

Rave music is awesome. 🙂 If I am ever blessed with the chance to attend a rave party, I would be excited to see how it would go. 🙂

casual tickles like that.......... doubt it....... with people being so sue happy these days, thats trouble waiting to happen... though guess it doesnt mean some idiot wouldnt try it

on another note, it is possible for a stranger... to me.... to tickle me. Though the person wouldnt be a stranger to my Owner-tis another possibility .....

Personally for me, I'd have to get to know you a bit before allowing someone to tickle me as opposed to someone just coming up to me and attempting to tickle me then that may be a problem. It's about personal space lol
