Quick background, I'm in an open relationship and have an account on Ashley Madison (AM). I don't recommend it specifically as a place to find tickle partners, but I'll say in the last year I have connected with a couple.
A couple of weeks ago I got another ping on AM and reached out to find what seemed to be a very articulate writer on the other end of the chat. AM allows you check items from a list of interests to share on your profile, and one of those interests is "Kinky Fun," so if that one is checked, the topic usually comes up pretty early in the getting-to-know-you phase. Hers was more bondage related, which is cool. My OG fetish is actually bondage and orgasm play, which was a shared interest...also cool. Best of all for TMF, though: when I alluded to tickling, she thought it sounded really interesting and said she was willing to give it a try. 🙂
Around that time we decided to "come clean" with real identities. I showed her where to find bits of my real world life, but coolest of all, when she did the same, among other things (1) I learned that she is a PhD researcher and professor, and (2) she sent me a link to her TED talk presentation! TED talks are cool and I'm a huge fan already, but I can't tell you how much cooler it is to watch one when the woman presenting has agreed to let you tie her up and tickle her. 😉
Anyway, we met for drinks last weekend. She is brilliant, attractive, confident, and just overall a very cool person. She asked more about tickling, and I told her my story. She has decided that a good, thorough tied up tickling might be just what the doctor ordered for some hard uncontrollable laughing, endorphins, and stress relief. We're working calendars now, and it looks like the session will be in a week or two. My plan is to start her in the good ol' LOL tickle box, but given our shared interests, I imagine the rope will come out soon enough.
Anyway, just thought some of my fellow tickle and/or TED talk geeks out here might like to know at least one of the attractive, accomplished women who has been on that stage is at least curious enough about tickling to give it a shot. 😉
I know for a fact she won't share her identity, but I'll ask for permission to post some obscured pics or brief videos. Fingers crossed!
