Is there a character on TV or a celebrity who you think has a particularly arrogant or vain attitude who you'd like to see get "taken down a couple notches" via tickle torture?

If so, would you tie her/him up? What would you say to them as you were tickling them?

Thank you for posting this; I love the idea of tickling certain personality types, including arrogant fictional characters.
