tickling and age

Hey everyone,
Long time lurker here.. sorry, if this has been discussed in the past but as I was browsing through and saw the discussion about haley/hilary duff video thing, it made me think....

Why is everyone so concerned about whether someone is a minor or not? It's not sex, it's not nudity. It's tickling. I mean I understand that some people here think of it sexually but I mean that video basically has a girl being tickled.... since when did tickling have to be censored? And where do you draw the line? I've seen movies (like "step mom" has a cute f/m scene.... don't ask me why I've seen it) with tickling scenes involving children.

Sorry about ranting and raving. Basically, I just wanted people's thoughts on why they thought tickling with minors (as long as there is no nudity, or sex or anything like that) was bad (or illegal or whatever negative people think it is).

Phew, I'm going back to hibernate now...

Well...one needs to consider the sensual, sexual and intimate nature in which most tickle enthusiasts share; be they 'ler...'lee...or 'leeler (those who like both equally). For a very healthy portion of us here, talking about tickling, seeing images of it...or vidclips (for those who can) is a turn-on....especially when it involves two consenting adults.....I should think it would be pretty disturbing to see a post responding to a photo someone may have posted of some mother tickling her young son's feet, saying something like, "Ohhh maaa-aaan.....if she did that to me at that age....she'd have been MORE than my mother!!!"

(Don't laugh.....I'm SURE something like this must've happened along the way)

Plus...with all the surveillance and sting-tracking that's going on over the internet to catch pedophiles in the PROCESS of hooking up with minors (for WHATEVER twisted reasons they have) these days....it's no surprise that a site such as this is as painfully careful and cautious as to how and when the subject of minors are discussed.....

alan705, have you been to the "TMF Rules and Announcements" section? The answer to your post is covered there. And if I'm not mistaken (someone correct me if I'm wrong), material of minors tickling other minors is allowed (for example, there are stories about childhood experiences), but not of adults tickling minors. And other boards also don't allow material of minors to be posted, like a certain foot board I frequent. Just my 2 cents.

Never been to the Rules and Announcements section. I will go check that out. I was just curious. I mean either way, I don't really care.... (er rather, I guess I mean I respect either views).

I have to admit though, I did bust out laughing when Luv2Tickle quoted a potential pedafile....

And just to clarify, tickling is sexual to me as much as it is fun for me. Like when I see an adult tickling her child, I don't get turned on but I am envious and do think (oh man, I want her to tickle me!). And I think pictures/movie scenes are cute...

Anyways, just wanted to throw my 2 cents. Thanks for the replies.
