well quite inciteful...i grew up in a family that didn't show affection..and so i'm not really a cuddler..or a hugger..only my husband do i feel really comfortable hugging..i tend to back away from people who want to hug casually...

I think it is because we are "touch" people.

I know I actually get headaches if I do not have enough "touch" or "human contact" over a day.

I love cuddling and I always have.

My ex and I used to cuddle all the time, especially after I would tickle her silly. Nowadays, my roommie and I cuddle quite a bit on the couch while we watch movies and stuff. Very little tickling though. She professes to hate being tickled (then later exclaims she has to be in the right mood for it) and usually ends up being the one doing the tickling. 😀

You know what...these are two of the top three things that I would want to do with a girlfriend (kissing being number 1). Interesting.

You know, there really should be more studies (psychological especially) on tickling. It would be interesting to find if these two are related or if wanting to cuddle is just very common and fairly normal (I doubt that there is much of a correlation beyond the norm except for the fact that those that don't like touching much won't have a tickle obsession to begin with).
