fair is a funny term. in theory all parties involved in tickling should get to ttickle and to be tickled but not everytihng is like that. the reality is some people are ticklees and some are just ticklers and that may not be fair but it the way of the world and that the bottom line because the hollywood brother says so!

Fairness is important, but the fairness could be that the ticklee gets tickled and the tickler tickles the ticklee. I love to get tickled but I do not enjoy tickling others as much, but I could if they ask me to, or to make them tickle me.
