Youtube is less likely to remove a clip if you make the link unclickable (so that they won't see referers from a fetish forum). The fastest way is to add an underscore in front of the http, like this:

_http://youtube.com/12345

Alternatively, you could uncheck the box "Automatically parse links in text" below the text window before posting.
