I don't know, and don't really care, if you have the best tickle media in the world, I would not buy your media if you were the only tickle company on the planet......

You have one of the worse customer service reputations around here, and you do not respond to any customer questions and inquiries here, or by e mail.....

You only come here when you have something to sell, and then you do not have the common courtesy to answer potential customer questions about your products.....the last time you came here was to promote a movie, then you left and blew off any questions about the very movie you came here to sell?

And this is an audio and video clip "content" forum....where is the sample clip?

I am sure that you will have many customers who don't care about your poor customer service, as long as you sell tickle media, but a few of us here choose to spend our tickle media dollars with companies who care about customer relations......

I have to admit..I am one of the few that did subscribe for a month to this AFP and I gotta say, it was not worth the money. Half the time the downloads wouldn't work and the rest I couldn't loginn, kept saying login failed. Maybe some of you are saying "well maybe it was the wrong password..." I have used the same password for subscriptions to these types of sites, nothing has changed, ever. I have never encountered a problem..Then once I was able to download the clips I was not satisfied by the models you have to chose from. You rarely updated after the new model so that month was spent on nothing. Then twice now you come to this forum and advertise FREE OF CHARGE! I might add and NO sample clips nor any sample pics. I give that site 2 thumbs down

LOL! I was a member there a few years ago, and IMHO is it wasn't worth it, either. *Very* rarely updated, at least back then.

I am sorry you have been having problems

Most people who have a problem with a password or an issue with the website, send me AN E MAIL, and I will either respond to it the best that I can, OR I forward it to my webmaster. Now if any of you have had a problem and you ONLY stated it on this forum I am sorry, but I have always responded the best I could to E MAILS that have come to me.
I have a new webmaster that I have been working with for the past few weeks, and although the girl hasn't changed you will see that a couple weeks ago that OVER 50 NEW tickling clips over 1 min long each were added to my site.
So if you have a problem with something regarding my website PLEASE send me an E MAIL because if I can't fix the problem, I can forward it to someone WHO CAN.
And you are right about posting a clip on here, the fact is after I typed the message I had a few of them to add on here. but this forum didn't allow me to post a clip that large, so I was going to shorten the clips to make them fit. I'll try to have them up in a few days

So if you had the time to post this lengthy explanition, how about taking another few seconds and posting a valid e mail adress, preferably an e mail adress that will respond to customer questions and complaints......that would be indicate a more believeable and sincere apology, ya think?

I will be happy to address any issue you have, but if you're just going to e mail me with rude comments you'll be placed on the ignore list, and I'll never see any comments you make again. I have no problem with constructive criticism, such as the person who suggested I start placeing my clips on the website clips4sale and I found out he was right

I wasn't interested due to the lack of updates, but when I had questions I was answered fairly quickly and politely.

I have been a member of the site on a few occasions and have also enquired about one thing or the other by e-mail and I never had a problem. There is a lot of material on the site and some of the models are great, as are the long movie updates that happen once in a while. The updates may not be regular, but when they happen, they are substantial and of good quality. The membership is not expensive and one does not have to stay a member month after month, but can buy a membership when one is interested in the update.

ok, so lemme get this straight......

a customer,buys a membership or clip from you, and for whatever reason it does not work....

that same customer is understandably angry and tries to contact you to get the problem solved..... 😡

the customer gets even angrier at the lack of response (I can p m the Ace customers that have had problems with your company and have them come here and describe their negative experiences themselves, if you want..... )

so you get upset at their understandably angry comments to you.....AND YOU PUT THESE CUSTOMERS ON AN IGNORE LIST SO THEY CANNOT CONTACT YOU FURTHER?


Why would anyone other than a pissed off Ace customer or someone interested in your products want to contact you anyway?.... 😕

And furthermore, unless the rules around here have changed, I REPEAT!!!!! THIS IS A "VIDEO / AUDIO CLIP CONTENT FORUM!!!!

You have had FOUR days of FREE advertisement for your company, on the most popular and visited forum on the TMF, and you still have not adhered to the TMF rules and posted a sample clip!!!! 😡

you know, some around here may see all of this as an acceptable example of customer relations,, and if they do, they have some pretty low standards...

The Reason There Is No Reply From Me

I have responded to several emails, but some of them that I can not answer I use to pass on to the web master responceable for the updates. The problem I was having was that I would give this clown updates to put on my site and me would sit on them for over a month, or more.
I know how to produce the pictures and films, but know very little about loading them onto the server or making a website out of them. So to show you all I was on the up and up, 2 months ago for a full month I opened the site up to all, (member and non member) as I made updates, and you still put me down. it is obvious that no matter what I say or do, you already have your opinion of me, and I'm sorry you are too single minded to open your eyes and see for the past 2 months that things I have tryed to do. (THE REASON I DON'T RESPOND TO SOME OF THE E MAILS is beause some of this stuff I just don't understand, or know how to work so I forward in to the webmaster at the time because that was our arrangment, (that he would respond to a lot of the e mails sent) but I don't come in here to the forum a lot so for those who NEVER E MAILED ME I would not see your questions and concerns, but a good portion of the e mails I did respond to
I have a NEW person handleing my website now, and several updates, have been made, including about 1500 NEW pictures.
If you are interested in e mailing me I will try to answer your questions, however if you are just going to be rude, then don't waste my time. If you check out the website thou you will now see several new additions and more upates will be made next week.
All I am asking is that before you strike another blow, that you look for yourself, and see the updates I have made BEFORE you go spouting oof about how I never update, THE PROOF IS ALREADY UP ON MY SITE

When you first made this thread, you offered NO video or audio clip in this section of the TMF, as is the rules, but you still get the benefit of FREE advertising of your company name in this section, the most popular and most visited section of the TMF.....you still to this date have NO VIDEO/AUDIO clip posted on this thread....

if you have NO VIDEO or AUDIO clip to post in this section of the forum, please follow the rules and post your advertisements in the "links" section of thr TMF.

This section of the TMF is for members and advertisers who wish to post video/audio clips on the TMF.

The way you choose to deal with your customers and potential customers is between you and them.....I am not a customer, and based on the negative feedback from some of your customers I do not wish to be one....

yes I do mail to Canada

as long as you send amarican money in cash, the reason is that my back cannot process a canada made money order. but I would ask you not to send the money yet, do to the fact that I am going to have a way by which you can down load the entire video by using a credit card.
