I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but does anyone have a sample tickling contract they have seen or used before?
 
If only they were stocked at Office Depot or Staples.....
 
I would search for a bdsm slave contract and then just modify it.

Thanks guys. I remember seeing one float around a long time ago from Rope Jock or something like that but I can't find it anymore. I was hoping maybe someone out there still had it.
