😀 If there was a case in the States about a man or a woman who tickled men or women's feet illegally in any possible situation or context. Then on Court TV, the television analysts and reporters as well as the lawyers and anyone else involved were to mention tickling, would anyone find it interesting if nothing else? 🙂

hmm i have always fantasized about tickling a lawyer. Hope that answers part of the question rajee!

Every so often I hear about some poor schmo getting arrested for doing something like this. I would imagine Catherine Cryer couldn't do anything about this subject without biting half of her tongue off to keep from laughing.

this just in.......

a masked, unknown tickler is on the loose in your community. he is considered feathered and ludicrous. citizens are advised to laugh if they come in contact with the tickler.

updates to follow.

man, these "what ifs" are really starting to go off the deep end....

There was a case like that on Court TV back in '97. A woman at wor got attacked by her male co-workers, (one of them the boss,) secured her hands behind her back with plastic ties, and tickled her for 20 minutes.
As the trial unraveled, it seemed she was being quite a flirt when she started working there, initiating inappropreate behavour to start with. When she felt it was getting out of hand, and no longer enjoyed the attention she was getting, instead of being straight up about it, she started telling them she was a lesbian, in attempts to turn them off.
That's when the tickle event took place. She was sueing for a mass sum of money, but the jury found her 98% responsible for creating the sitation, and only awarded her 2% of what she was asking for, which amounted to about a weeks pay. I dunno if their website has an archive from trials of past years, if they do, it should be in there.
It was kind of bizzare to watch the analists and lawyers taking about tickling in such serious tones.
And before anyone asks, No, i didn't tape it.

There have been cases dealing with 'ticklers' however I doubt they even come close to rating high enough to make the grade to be on Court TV.
The case would have to be extreme......for instance someone kidnapping someone and holding the person captive for a period of time tickle torturing that person.
Perhaps sending a tape of the person being tickled, demanding a ransom or the person will be tickled to death or continously tickled until such ransom is paid. Hopefully, for the victims sake, the person the ramsom is demanded of is NOT one of us....🙄 😉 😀

Some people post as soon as they read the initial thread-starter, without reading any of the subsequent posts in the conversation.

That seems odd to me, too, but different people have different styles of communication here. Don't be offended, hon.

Thanks
