There was a case like that on Court TV back in '97. A woman at wor got attacked by her male co-workers, (one of them the boss,) secured her hands behind her back with plastic ties, and tickled her for 20 minutes.
As the trial unraveled, it seemed she was being quite a flirt when she started working there, initiating inappropreate behavour to start with. When she felt it was getting out of hand, and no longer enjoyed the attention she was getting, instead of being straight up about it, she started telling them she was a lesbian, in attempts to turn them off.
That's when the tickle event took place. She was sueing for a mass sum of money, but the jury found her 98% responsible for creating the sitation, and only awarded her 2% of what she was asking for, which amounted to about a weeks pay. I dunno if their website has an archive from trials of past years, if they do, it should be in there.
It was kind of bizzare to watch the analists and lawyers taking about tickling in such serious tones.
And before anyone asks, No, i didn't tape it.
