As for the OP: I've really only done it once and if it's possible to orgasm repetitively for over an hour straight, then that's basically how I responded. The confliction irritated the hell out of me, but due to that reason as well, it caused me to just get hotter.

In my experience..

It depends on the partner; although in most cases,I've found it's great to use until just before the moment of climax. Some people find it a distraction from a really good orgasm, some find it an enhancement.

Has anyone tried it? I mean with someone who's extremely ticklish. Its interesting to me because both sensations are very intense. What's even more interesting would be to tickle someone during intercourse who's not particularly into getting tickled but is ticklish. Which sensation would overseed the other? Or would they act complementary together?

Oh, a great position for tickle sex is the reverse cowgirl...where the girl is on top facing AWAY from the guy.
This way you have access to her feet, sitting right at your hands and her hands can do amazing things...
