I have tickled girls while having sex. Ok, I'm gonna get a little personal here. I have used it a bit with my wife. She's insanely ticklish, but she also absolutely hates to be tickled. I've done it as well and it was great. Yes...

I tickle girlfriends all the time during sex. Some do not like it and some do. The ones that do, orgasm harder and with more frequency (multiple). The ones that do not I try and sneak it in after their first orgasm and will usually bring them to a second one quickly.
