I have discovered that in my erotic fantasies, tickling goes hand in hand with erotic humiliation and embarrassment. I wonder if this is similar for any other male lers or female lees. Do you feel like by tickling a helpless girl you are putting her through erotic humiliation? Do you feel sexually embarrassed when tickle-tortured?

Erotic humiliation and embarrassment can be a part of tickling, but not necessarily. If the tickling is purely fun, like when friends tickle each other, then there's probably no eroticism involved, though humiliation and embarrassment could be a part of it, especially if the 'lees don't like to be tickled. However, if two people are acting out an S/M scenario involving tickling, and they're turned on by that, then those feelings are definitely at work. Personally, I don't care one way or the other, but I do enjoy the stories (both true and fictional) in which a person is erotically humiliated and/or embarrassed by tickling. 😀

Well I (as a lee) have always felt embarrased about being tickled, and actually feel that embarrassment actually enhances ones susceptibility to being ticklish. Such embarrasment may be concerned with the whole submissive thing as you mention, or alternatively may be because someone is tickling you at an inappropriate time (such as when visiting friends/relatives).

However I don't believe embarrasment and humiliation are the same thing (as the latter is plain nasty, and would get a bad response from me).

Here are probably a few ways that tickling and embarrassment would intertwine:

-Tickling a person who doesn't like it
-Trying to tickle someone who isn't ticklish
-Sneaking up behind someone you think you know, but it turns out to be a complete stranger
-Tickling someone at an inopportune time, like when they're sick or in a bad mood

I don't think the two are automatically related, however.

No, that's not the kind of embarrassment that I was talking about. I was talking about a D/S scene which involves erotic embarrassment as well as tickling. Don't count on it. I'm one who feels that embarrassment on the lee's part adds to the excitement if the situation is played out where the lee is a sub. I myself when in the mood to play lee, welcome embarrassment and humilation. It adds to the feeling of helplessness.

For me, a huge part of the tickling fantasy is making a woman laugh about something that she doesn't like.
