My gf and I have been dabbling in more intense tickle sessions. Yesterday I attempted having my bare feet tickled for five minutes non stop by my gf and she had her nails long.
I have heard people say "I can be tickled for hours". Assuming no exxageration has been affecting the figures ;-) I have to ask HOW CAN YOU TAKE IT???
I have never been tickled for very long without rest and never very long period. People talk of getting tickled for an hour like it's a minor hobby. I did five minutes and it was the wildest ride I've ever been on. Fun. But wild.
And I didn't make it five minutes in one go. I got to laughing so hard I could barely breathe and my gf had to stop at about the three minute mark so I could recover.
As I laughed I wasn't keeping too good a track of time. But I remember it was fun at first. There was a thrill to totally out of control laughter. But after my rest break it started wearing on me. I was ready to stop at then end of five minutes. I was out of breath and a bit wobbly and my feet tingled several minutes after.
I can imagine working up my stamina a bit but having an hour long tickle session, let alone hourS, is definitely out of my range. How do you people do it? Any mental tricks?

but that was a record for me. I would say approach it like jogging, run as long as you can, stop for a breather and soon you will increase your endurance.
