In the peruvian tv program Esto es guerra ("This is war" in english), one member lose a game against a partner from the other team and there were different punishments before in other rounds, but in this case, he was assigned to have his feet tickled during 1 minute.

Additional info:
- Said Palao, the guy tickled, is current boyfriend from Alejandra Baigorria, the protagonist of that iconic video where she gets insanely tickled twice in a similar program in Peru that's still available around the net.

I don't know if there where more tickle pusnishment in posterior episodes, because, sometimes, there are some repeated challenges in different episodes, and also girls participate there.
