Bloody hell! Amsterdam is the best of all!
They have literally hundreds of shopfront ladies in the old city. All you need to do is talk to them, ask if they are ticklish, pay the requisite fee - starting at about € 50 for 20 minutes or however long you want to go for and Bob's your auntie.

I have done it myself, and the advantage there is that you have them all in one place and can take a good look around. The estimate is around 500 such window fronts.

The one thing you need to look out for is that they speak English or some other language you understand, as many of them come from Eastern Europe or other countries where English is not spoken much.
