Tickling in Hagar the Horrible

There was a tickle mention in today's hagar the horrible.

Talked about how they can't use the old torture methods. And the inquisitor said "yeah, now we can only tickle their feet with a feather" and in the background it showed a guy straped to a rack with his feet sticking out.
