I've noticed some people at work having amazing laughs when they laugh at a joke etc..and I sometimes wonder how they would sound if tickled...In your experiences, assuming the person you are dealing with is ticklish, does their laugh when they are laughing at something funny completely resemble their ticklish laugh? or no?

I laugh the same way at a joke or when being lightly or moderately tickled.

I sometimes laugh in a different way when being intensely tickled by a skilled ler. It has been described as "like a chimpanzee" or as "your gorilla laugh."

Good question. I think laughter cause by tickling would be a lot wilder, then laughing at joke. I guess it depends on the person.

It depends on the person, but *normally* it seems that the way they laugh at humor is similar to the way they laugh when being tickled lightly, as milagros said, and more intense/longer tickling produces a different laugh.
