The only thing I can say about this is you need to find a couple who is into being viewed on web cam and you as the voyuer. There are couples in the world who like to be watched, however finding a couple into tickling who likes to be watched may be hard to find. I have found lots of webcammers on http://www.adultwork.co.uk but there are few couples and none specifically advertising tickling. Also, it's rather expensive, particularly for couples shows :-( Will be even more expensive for US ppl given the exchange rate.
