Wow, that's an interesting and difficult question. It's really hard to imagine one without the other, just because of the effects that one might have had on the other through my life.

I'm tempted to choose feet because it really is intensely thrilling to be subject to the power that somebody who understands it has over me, and I love it. On the other hand, tickling carries such an essence of the spirit of interpersonal fun. It's so universal that I can't imagine there's any culture that wouldn't enjoy it. It can overlap both the realms of sexuality and of honest friendship. I think I'd choose tickling if I were actually faced with the decision permanently.
