One of my favorite video games as well as one of my favorite video game characters. And yes, that "tickling" dialogue option is very frustrating not to have been followed through. However, her expression when you say that coupled with the line she utters: "I would not try that if I were you." made me laugh. Apparently, she is ticklish! Maybe Bioware will consider adding the feature some day?
