There's not much of a tickling scene here, unfortunately.

The best bet would be getting into the BDSM culture and find some people who enjoy tickling at these gatherings.

There were two Serbian studios I know about that made tickling videos. DuneHands (which is pretty much impossible to find nowadays) and TickleNail (who still make some videos).
