Hey,

Ok, erm, I'm teaming up with a friend of mine and we're writing a story where Amber (me) and Jake (Trifalcon4) are siblings, and they move to New York where they meet up with old friends. Well, the second chapter, is supposed to be like a flashback thing, but the thing is, they're like 11, 11, 13, 14 and around the end of the flashback they're 13, 13, 15, 16. But, if they're actually in their twenties, will it matter if I post this flashback story, or should I not even bother making a flashback at all? It's not a minor story at all, just one of the chapters is a flashback, where they are minors.

Stories posted on the TMF cannot contain minors. Such stories will be removed. And just so we are clear, a minor is defined as anyone under 18, an adult anyone 18 or older.

That's basically it. Rather than try to make tricky judgement calls, or hold a tribunal everytime something questionable comes up, we follow a blanket policy of deleting all mentions of tickling involving minors, regardless of context.
