I always like a plot. 😀
I'm currently writing a mixture of stories, and each one is slightly different with respect to how much plot there actually is. I have an underlying theme, recurring characters, some mystery, etc., but these are sometimes loose themes that bind them together rather than paragraphs of backstory.
Really, I think if you can get a couple paragraphs of plot between some fetish stuff, it can really add something special. It's mostly just about balance, like all things.
