20 y/o male with off the charts ticklish feet! Ive never tried stocks before. Are they a good investment? Will i be in tickle hell? Thats what im looking for! ;p

Yes. Get your feet into a pair of stocks, with tie-backs for your toes. Comfy? Can't move at all? That's good ... tickle tickle tiiiiicklllllle ... 😉
